DESIGN PHASE

This process includes a proposal with a rendering for approval before the construction of the sign. The top left photo shows an example of what the rendering would look like.

If provided with a photo of the space, your sign can be mocked up, as shown in the bottom right photo, to insure the sizing is suitable.

​

Typically custom orders require a deposit percentage that includes materials and the design fee. Remaining balance due before shipping (if out of state). If the artwork is delivered locally, it will be due upon delivery.

​

When unsure about the product, you are able to secure the design work, by initiating a design fee payment. Once you receive the rendering, and design work, the remaining deposit will be due if you decide to move forward with your custom sign.​

SIGN CONSTRUCTION

Once the deposit is completed, your custom sign will be fabricated. 

​

All Motor Alley signage is built to the highest grade industry standards. We use quality materials and heavy duty metals, engineered and fabricated to last you decades. Our lighting and transformers are top-line in their category.

​

When your custom signage is completed, you will receive detailed images including a video image of the sign turning on and off to verify 

the quality in the craftsmanship.

​

Once your approval is met, you will be sent a pay link for the remainder

due before shipping the artwork, or arrangements will be made for 

the delivery of your artwork to a location in Texas.

STEP 3- SHIPPING/DELIVERY

OUT OF STATE SHIPPING POLICY

All items ship either freight or white glove/personal delivery service.

​

If multiple signs are ordered at the same time, the cargo can be delivered for a nominal fee by Eric, the owner as a courtesy. There must be a minimum purchase amount to activate this courtesy.

​

We reserve the responsibility to insure your artwork arrives in good condition with all working components.

​

Shipping fees will be quoted on a case-by case basis depending on your location.

​

LOCAL TEXAS DELIVERY

​

If your collection is in Texas, Eric will deliver to insure proper care of your 

custom work, and collect the final payment upon arrival.

​

STEP 4- INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION HARDWARE + INSTRUCTIONS

​

All signage will be provided with hardware and installation instructions.

​

It is vital for signage to be secured to the wall to prevent injury or property damage. Client and Installer are responsible for adequate hanging methods, as signage is high quality and heavy duty.

​

All signage comes with cleat hardware attachment which is industry standard for hanging heavy duty artworks or signage.
